Juke Joint Blues Routine Series

The Swing Patrol Sydney Performance Ball is set for Saturday 1 September – a big glamourous night of fun, energy, applause and sensational swing dancing!
This year, Juke Joint Blues is preparing a Blues routine for the Ball, and everyone is welcome to join in.

Blues dancing is a wonderful way to work on your solo movement, as well as your connection, and to add personality to all your dancing. Learning a routine builds your dance skills and helps you understand the flow and musicality of the dance.

Juke Joint anchors Jo Yuen and Andy Firth will teach a routine suitable for dancers of all levels, in a series of special classes on Wednesday nights. Whether you’re a Blues novice, or an experienced aficionado, join the fun and spread the joy of Blues dancing at the Ball.

Dates: every Wednesday 18 July – 29 August inclusive
Time: 7pm – 8pm
Location: The Different Drummer – 2nd floor, 185 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe NSW 2037 (the home of Juke Joint Blues)
Cost: $16 per class, cash at the door, no bookings required
