Performance Ball 2009 - Sydney
Be part of the FUN as all our brave swing patrollers take to the stage and perform for their fellow dancers, friends and family, at the Marrickville Town Hall. The focus of the evening is really just appreciating, applauding and cheering on all of your dancing friends as they take to the floor, with some social dancing during the breaks!Swing dancers from classes at Newtown, Castle Hill, North Sydney, Paddington, Cronulla, CBD, Balmain and Broadway will all be performing on the night!

Cost: Pre-purchased: $18 adults, $10 kids

7. Performance Ball FAQ!

I’m not a dancer… Can I still come along?
Yes... Come support all the nervous dancers as they put on their best performance smiles!!
What do I need to wear?
What you wear on the night is totally up to you... Most venues will have a 'costume' if you are performing... So make sure to listen to your teachers about what you need to wear on the night.
Will there be lots of room to sit down?
There will be seating but it will be limited... We are planning to have 200 seats on the lower level and 300 seats will be available in the upper balcony. There is no reserved seating and its simply a case of first in... first seated!
Will there be food and drink available?
Bar service will be provided by Crown Catering. Strictly no BYO.
