Welcome to the North Sydney class diary, here we will keep a brief outline of what happened in class to jog your memory :-D
Every last Tuesday of the month there is a social night after Level 2 at 8.45pm. Everyone is welcome!
Every second Tuesday of the month there is a beginner Balboa class in the Level 2 timeslot at 7.45pm and an intermediate Balboa class at 8.45pm.

A big welcome to all of the new students who joined us in Level 1 this week! For our first class of the year we had a bit of fun with Side by Side Charleston and covered the following moves:
- Side by Side Charleston Basic
- Kick Ups
- Tap Slide

Level 2
For our first Level 2 class of the year we focused on transitions between Charleston, 8 beat and 6 beat through a short routine:
- Side by side basic (x3)
- Side by side regular entry to hand to hand
- Hand to hand (x2)
- Hand to hand spin to 6 beat, then passby and arm of welcome
- Swing out from closed, then three more swing outs with double hand hold on the last
- 6 beat cuddle, rollout, basic (swap hands), arm of welcome, basic to finish
- 6 beat inside turn from closed to hand to hand
- hand to hand with x3 right hand connections
- Hand to hand to tandem charleston (transition starts on left hand)
- Tandem basic (x3)
- Super aeroplane from tandem to side by side
