With MASTER CHEF done and dusted for 2010 it’s time to get cooking in the kitchen by ... ADDING FLAVOUR TO YOUR LINDY

LEADS
Different ingredients in the recipe (This dish is the Swing Out):
Ingredient 1: Replace Right side Triple with Kick-Step
Ingredient 2: Replace Left side Triples with a Kick-Step
Ingredient 3: Replace the rock-step with a mule kick

Tips to make it tasty:
Keep pulse.
Keep consistent motion with body.
Stretch with the centre.

Add your flavor to the whole meal (Enree, Main and Desert): Have a dance using both 6,8 beat rhythms adding in your new tastes to the meal.

FOLLOWS
You dish is the swivels:
Ingredient 1: Swivels from your feet
Ingredient 2: Swivels from your Knees
